Susan Doniz

Susan Doniz holds the position of Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Data Analytics Officer at Boeing. In this capacity, she is responsible for driving innovative solutions across the entire business, overseeing areas such as IT, data & analytics, information security, and the Digital Transformation Program. Before joining Boeing, Doniz served as the Group Chief Information Officer at Qantas from 2017 to 2020.

At Boeing, Doniz champions a constantly learning and 'product-first' organization, providing IT professionals with more context and ownership over the business outcomes of their projects. Throughout her twenty-year career, she has successfully executed digital transformations. During her tenure as CIO at Qantas, she played a key role in expanding the company’s digital ecosystem and served as vice-chair of the Digital Transformation Advisory Council of the International Air Transport Association.
