Background

Seth Cohen joined PepsiCo in 2002 as a Vice President of IT Transformation Programs and spent the next 15 years in roles of increasing scope and seniority, ultimately becoming SVP/CIO of all Pepsi business in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. After a two-year stint as the Global Group CIO at RB, Cohen returned to Pepsi as Global CIO in 2019. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s IT function across all business operations.

Cohen is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to accelerate advances, exemplified by spearheading a five-year partnership with Microsoft to apply Azure and AI capabilities to the supply chain and retail operations of PepsiCo.
