Codeium already gives AI-powered tools to hundreds of thousands of individual developers and development teams at thousands of enterprises, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. With millions of users of our products and intense traction in the enterprise sector, Codeium has uniquely already achieved strong product market fit, and is looking to take it to the next level. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for our social media presence across all platforms. You are expected to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, and your role will be instrumental in driving adoption of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Editing

    • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including filming, writing, and editing, for distribution across all social media platforms

    • Collaborate with teams to gather or create necessary assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

    • Review and refine content created by other team members, ensuring it is optimized and ready for publication

  • Platform Management and Audience Engagement:

    • Manage the distribution of content across multiple channels, tailoring formatting and editing to suit the unique requirements of each platform

    • Monitor and engage with audiences on all platforms to build community and foster brand loyalty

  • Strategic Trends and Best Practices:

    • Stay up to date with current trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful

    • Leverage platform algorithms and insights to maximize content reach and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and creation

  • Proven ability to use algorithms to drive reach, engagement, and conversions

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance and refine strategies based on data

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and design) 

  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of software developers' interests and motivation (optional)
