Sheila Jordan became Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO) at Honeywell in 2020, following nearly six years as Symantec’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). In her current position, Jordan is tasked with leading Honeywell’s digital transformation efforts.

During her tenure at Symantec, she spearheaded key initiatives such as insourcing IT operations by establishing a secure data center in the company’s private cloud. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in forming the key strategy for the Global Security Office. At Honeywell, Jordan has brought "shadow IT" projects back under the oversight of the company’s main IT organization, ensuring that cross-functional digital projects are executed in a standardized and secure manner.
