So I think the biggest challenge people are faced with, there's huge upside around productivity gains, by leveraging that technology, but it comes with balancing the risk to the organization, and some of these technologies are still not mature yet. So really, understanding that is key right now. Because you want your organization and your company to benefit as much as possible from that, go for competitive advantage, but certainly not at the risk of you know, hurting the company in some way."
